    Bluetooth not recognising headphones

Bluetooth on my PC recognises, pairs with and works with an ear piece headphone/mic.
Bluetooth on my Smartphone recognises, pairs with and works with an Ausdom headphone.
    Therefore all hardware works.

However, PC Bluetooth will not recognise, let alone pair with, Ausdom headphone.

I have tried re-boots, turning Bluetooth on/off, uninstalling, re-loading drivers, etc. I have run out of ideas.

    Any suggestions please?

    Hi

Windows Key + R, type services.msc>Right click on the service named-Bluetooth Support Service>Check if it is started, if not click on Start
Ensure drivers are not just reloaded, but are up to date. from the manufacturers website
Ensure that the PC Bluetooth adapter is compatible with the headset
Have you got another windows 10 PC/laptop to try the headset with?

Also, is line of sight clear?
Is the bluetooth adapter inside the case or external?
