I sometimes use the Win 10 Game Player to record on line videos but the sound is always crackly and indistinct. Is there a specific driver for this as I've not dealt with it before ?

You are recording online videos such as YouTube? As long as you have permission to download the video, there are plenty of online websites that will allow you to download YouTube videos with one click of a button.
I like to use the inbuilt Game Player anyway as there's no hassle with 10 minutes recording, watermarks etc. besides the occasional game. Unfortunately I still can't find any driver....
Finally solved it uninstall and reinstall drivers as in link below, now working perfectly and all for free. Hope this helps someone....
