No Multiple Sounds Heard from Simultaneous Audio Playing in Win 10?

I notice that whenever I play more than one audio sources, only the sound of the last source played can be heard. All the others become muted.

For instance, if I play a video or music using the Media Player and then play a YouTube video using the browser, only the sound from the browser can be heard. If I stop the YouTube video, the sound of the Media Player can be heard again.

BUT, this is not happening between Winamp and the Media Player, only between Winamp and the browser. ?

I want to know if this because of Windows 10's policy or the audio setup (?) of my system. Before, I could simultaneously hear multiple audio sources in my old Windows 7 computer.

Must be the browser. Which browser are you using?

Waterfox. Taking cue from you, I noticed the issue did not happen with multiple Media Players. I was about to test another browser...

When I unchecked the boxes, the issue was gone. Good. I checked the boxes again, it's still gone.

I will just have to monitor this for now.

This is happening. All boxes unchecked.

I play a video using MPC. Sound no problem. I use Waterfox to play a YouTube video, MPC sound suddenly drops so low (no change of VOL level slider) that I can't hear it. It seems WF is stamping down the MPC sound. I can raise the volume level of MPC to try listening to both, but if I pause/stop the YouTube video, the MPC sound (now at higher VOL level) becomes too loud. This happens whether I play MPC before or after I play using WF.

If I use Google Chrome, no issue. Looks like I have got the answer.
