    Just a quick update:

I got it working again. It seems that when this issue started, a few days ago with the new windows 10 update 1903, that something might have been incompatible on an OS level. I received a windows 10 cumulative update as well as an additional update on the MS Store for Realtek Audio Console. So i decided to give it another go, but this time i'd do something i would normally avoid, if there is no need for it.

Used BCUninstaller to uninstall the Audio Console along with a few registries that got found as well as uninstall the UAD driver, rebooted and reinstalled the drivers. Rebooted again, then installed the Audio Console and i got it working again.

Maybe that this might help someone, since i think that i might be related to the recent Windows update.

Note: For those wondering, I never had the equalizer on this motherboard in the UWP. That part is done by some software from Creative called Soundblaster-something-something (not that i use it, in fact i removed it :P).

for those who need some "generic" Realtek UAD driver packs, there some unofficial but new ones from this guy on github.
    updated almost frequently

use either the realtek setup program or the bundled batch scripts in any of the UAD driver packs to fully install the Realtek UAD driver.

never attempt to install (or remove) UAD drivers thru Device Manager as that will not install them completely!

current driver version for X470F in ASUS website (6.0.8573) is outdated and won't work with build 1903 (at least it didn't work for me). i tried 6.0.8708.1 and it works well. also you can try to enable room correction for your speakers and adjust or reduce the distance and dB for each parts in Realtek audio console.

I'm really hoping 1903 isn't gonna cause havoc again on my PC like 1809 did in regards to Realtek drivers. it automatically installed Realtek Audio Console which I wasn't happy with but now I am after using it and tweaking it to my liking.

I was surprised when I upgraded to 1903 that it didn't touch my Realtek Audio Console.

Yes erpster, I've tried his moddded drivers and also read his tutorial on how to do the mods, they work well on my old system.
After installing one for the first time I went to the Microsoft Store and checked for updates. The Realtek console downloaded and installed without a hitch.

So no more large Realtek downloads for me

As an aside, do you know if DDU will uninstall Realtek UAD drivers, I know they uninstall the HDA ones but don't do a particularly good job of it. I lot of registry entries get missed.
