6.0.9605.1 seems to be working well.
I spoke too soon. 6.0.9605.1 is giving me the same problem with the first one or two seconds of audio missed.
I've gone back to 6.0.9509.1 for now.

    WHY?

9509 is old. ditch that one. why not try either 6.0.9520.1 or 6.0.9567.1, gosh darn it, Stigg?

I agree , at least on Gigabyte Boards as it didn't work well on either of mine , a Z590 and a Z790 Elite AX.

    KB.
they seem to do poorly on some Intel based Gigabyte boards but not mine since my Gigabyte board uses AMD processors instead of Intel.

try either 6.0.9520.1 or 6.0.9567.1 and report whether these versions work okay or not

guess you either don't know that 6.0.9567.1 exists or you haven't used that version yet (or have refused to use that one...weak )

6.0.9505 started to give me pops and burbles after a few weeks and I finally had time on the weekend to come back here and find Erpster's next recommendation, which is 6.0.9567.1 in post #592 and so far it is "quiet" and I can leave my speakers on again when not in use.

    Thanks again Erpster....
