As I hope I indicated in the original post to this thread, the French website Station-Drivers remains a great place to grab the latest and greatest version of the UAD drivers. Here's the link to their UAD stuff, organized by system or motherboard maker. I just updated my Asrock Extreme7+ motherboard to version 6.0.8990.1 a few days ago and it worked a treat. Speaking of Station-Drivers site, they also mention an 6.0.8891.1 UAD driver specific to certain modern HP computers though it actually has v6.0.8896.1 (in other words, they mis-numbered the new UAD driver version). lucky HP users, they have a slightly newer UAD driver than for your ASRock board, Ed
There is a much simpler way for updating UAD drivers (once you got your OEM UAD drivers installed) --- Microsoft Update Catalog has BOTH the Realtek audio driver AND the Realtek software components. Search realtek 1903 and realtek 1903 media for the downloads on MUC.
Download the cab files, unzip, copy/paste into new empty folders, update via device manager, and then run the Microsoft Store to update the Realtek Audio Console.
You don't have to go off to unofficial websites like station-drivers and driverhub --- as written on your blog post.
@sandyt: I guess I like staying a bit closer to the bleeding edge. The versions at the third-party sites are newer. I've used both of them for years and have no issues with their downloads. Entirely DIFFERENT thing for writing on your blog post helping others.
When you write your blog post, it should be aiming for normal audience, looking for normal driver updates, via official Microsoft sources (if your OEM sources are outdated). You said it in the blog post yourself that you update once every 6 months. I have updated via MUC every 2 weeks, but I also told normal people to update via MUC every 6 months (just BEFORE Microsoft's twice a year windows 10 feature update).
I also told people to try a more current driver from a more current computer model from your OEM.

And that's what you did via unofficial means via station-drivers --- when you could have gotten the same driver from asrock's official website itself.

actually the station driver download links to the asrock 6.0.8890.1 and the hp 6.0.8896.1 realtek uad drivers point to directly to their respective manufacturers to download them
the 8890 asrock driver only works with "certain" but not all modern asrock boards. a few asrock "gaming" boards (the ones with Creative Sound Blaster Cinema 5 integration like Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming K6) may not work with the 8890 driver & use a different one
