Do you have the file ; RtkNGUI64 in your Realtek Program Folder ?
This file works just fine in Win10 , with Realtek UAD.....!

You sure can, but you will need to totally nuke the UAD and Nahimic(if you have them) drivers.
See my guide here: Realtek Audio Console REQUIRES a Realtek HD (UAD) Driver!!
Just instead of installing UAD dou your HDA ones.

I have no idea what went wrong here, but i think i am going to need some help... I've been using the UAD drivers, since December and had no problems whatsoever. Until today, today i reinstalled my Windows 10 (pro) OS and installed the Realtek UAD drivers (8591), and everything works fine, got sound and everything, but the Realtek Audio Console doesn't work. I tried reinstalling the drivers, reverting to an older version (8586) that also worked for me before i updated it the version of 8591...

But now after reinstalling the OS, i just cant get the Realtek Audio Console to work. Not that it's a huge issue for me, since i got sound and all that. But.... my OCD is telling me to get it working, especially since it worked with the exact same driver version before reinstalling the OS. Anyone else experienced this before?

Edit: Motherboard is a ASRock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac with an Realtek ALC1220 Audio Codec chip for what it's worth.

Same here. Yesterday I've installed the May 2019 update and the latest available driver (from Gigabyte website) behaves exactly the same way - audio works, but UWP Realtek audio console from Store just cannot detect "compatible device" :/ I'm using "classic" Realtek driver right now.

I've a Gigabyte board (Aorus Z390 Xtreme) with a Realtek ALC1220-VB chip and my UWP panel is working fine after the 1903 update...

No sound issues as I've been both gaming and listening to music.

Don't know. I assume I would have been notified of one. I'll check the MS store and see what's there.
