Both of u uninstall the driver from device manager without deleting it and then restart your PC.
wait a little to finish the installation after the restart.

Tried that, but nothing really changed. Channels are still misconfigured and after reassigning them, rear left (7.1 configuration) is still semi-mute.

Thanks to the XFRL_PCDRV_L11_3_00_2022B.exe installer courtesy of boombastik and combining that with
Daniel K's SB X-Fi Series Support Pack 4.0 I managed to get sound working for the SB X-FI Titanium HD PCIe. I only use Game Mode so I don't know bout the other features but at least the audio driver is working and stuff like the Creative Console Launcher work.

I actually had the DanielK support pack working before I updated to 1903 and it was after the update that the Audio driver broke. So instead of uninstalling that first I just yoloed it and download and installed the 2022B official driver and it worked!~

    So in summary.

    1. Install Daniel K's X-Fi Series Support Pack. Pick the the softwares you want. (Dunno if choosing the audio driver is important or not for this step.) Let it install. Audio driver should still not be working at this stage.

    2. Download XFRL_PCDRV_L11_3_00_2022B.exe Run it and follow the instructions. After restarting everything worked, including the softwares provided by the support pack!

Feel free to copy paste this in other social outlets that you know and spread the word~ (After trying it out for yourself and confirming that it works of course).

Bump - Just seeing if there is a better fix than having to re-install

    Hi All,

i followed the instructions of installing the support pack and then the latest 2022 drivers from Crucial website.

I am running an amp off the 2 RCA connectors and I also have the headphone and mic sockets from the front of my case connected to the jumpers physically on the card.

For some reason every time that I start the computer it forgets to send any signal through the RCA connectors to my amp. If I plug into the headphone socket it works. I have to go to the device manager and uninstall and re-install to get the device to pass signal to the amp.

I cant do that every time I turn on the computer so does anyone have a suggestion?

    thanks in advance

Just in case anyone wanders onto this in the future and wants to know - I found that having the front ports for mic and headphone cabled directly to the card was causing my issue. Once i disconnected the mic and headphone jumpers the RCAs worked and have continued to work so far. i will try re-attaching the jumpers and see if the problem returns but it is 90% certain.

    Thanks

    Simon.
