    Hello!

I installed a motherboard msi h310 pro-m2, but i have problems in installing the audio driver.

I until i can install the driver, but, when i reset the pc, it uninstalls the original driver and install another, the audio realtek (r), that the headphone only works, but the microphone is without sound.

I already download the drivers on the realtek site from the plug manufacturer, but windows 10 does not leave the correct driver to be installed.

The same problem that our friend.

I have the same trouble right now. The Realtek R Audio and I hate it! It doesn't have sound manager it doesn't put out the Bass on my Pro Media 2.1 speakers! I would have never gotten this frekn' computer had i known i was going to have this kind of BS!
I can't seem to get the new drivers that i want to install that has the Audio manager that i believe will have better quality of sound, but in trying to install at each time i "let me pick from the list of drivers" to manually install it won't budge it continues with that frekn' language "windows has already got or determined the best drivers installed" or whatever.

only way I can think of getting "Realtek (R) audio" is to download and run the recent version of the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU), which has an option to remove all traces of the Realtek audio driver. After doing that, install the traditional Realtek HDA (non-UAD) drivers and reboot again and you will have the Realtek audio manager app.

Note: Realtek R Audio is part of the Realtek HD "Universal" audio driver (aka UAD), which uses the Realtek Audio Console UWP app from the MS store to function like the old Realtek HD audio manager found in legacy Realtek HDA drivers.
