Hi, not sure what your question is - in fact there isn't one....

It sounds as if you are asking 'How do I stop a driver being installed?'

    If so, please see:
Hide or Show Windows Updates in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

Or you could use Windows Update Minitool (free)

My question is... Does anybody encounter this issue? How can i solve it. If i try to install another sound driver, windows will automatically uninstall it. Is there another way to solve this?

    where sound will auto adjusts.
Personally not. Can't recall if I've read any related thread, but feel free to search.

If it's a matter of the driver being replaced by Windows, then have a look at your Update History (scroll to bottom to see date of driver updates and check that correlates, else look at the date in Device Manager).

For that I have given you an answer- install your chosen driver and hide the driver update (same as Win 7 terminology = block it).

Is there any way i can fix it without installing another driver? I want to specify that Comunication is already set to "Do nothing" but it keep acting like is still set to "Reduce the volume of other sounds by 50%"

Hi, when did this start? Is that related to a particular Windows build or update applied?

What is your current Windows build? Windows key + R, winver

Have you checked the forum on your manufacturer's site? Some Levovos have had certain problems.

I want to specify that Comunication is already set to "Do nothing"
    - this is unfamiliar- can you post a screenshot? Perhaps it is some Lenovo utility. Thanks.
