My headphones stopped working all of a sudden

I have the Black ASTRO Gaming MixAmp Pro TR, and I've had it for a long time, I was using it fine, just minding my own business, when all of a sudden I think I clicked a button or something, and the sound went completely off. So I tried restarting... didn't work, I tried going into sounds, didn't work, I tried googling the issue... Didn't work... The microphone still works, and I can hear the slight echo of my microphone, but I can't hear sound at all, I also tried changing ports...Didn't work, Tried uninstalling it... Didn't work... Tried switching headphones, and they worked fine. I know it isnt a mic problem or cord promblem, because when I switch to the different mode on my mixamp (not important) I can hear sound then, but its bad quality because it isnt meant for the laptop. When I do that, it switches devices in sound settings, so I'm thinking it's a device problem, but I already tried uninstalling and going into all of the settings. So I am confused as all hell right now, can anyone help me? Side note, the green bar still lights up, so its some kind of communication issue between the laptop and the headphones maybe? But I can still hear my mic. Sooo

    Hi

Right click Speaker in Notification area, open sound mixer, check for anything muted.

Right click Speaker again, Open Sound Settings. Two trouble shooters and note entry at bottom "Other Sound Options"

As well if you have realtec check out the realtec audio manager in Notification area. Doulble click starts manager. Icon might be hidden.

I tried looking for muted things, not the issue, the trouble shooters don't work, because my mic works fine on the laptop, the green bars moving and everything, so it is recieving sound, it's just that I'm not. And realtec doesnt recognize my headset, because it's usb, not jack.
