    Hey mate,

this one should be the right one:
Download CSR Harmony Software by CSR plc

    alternative: Zippyshare.com - CSR Harmony Software 4.0.rar

I also have problems with 1803
    - BT, switching ON/OFF Display is flashing some how.
-Wi-Fi, very difficult to connect, I need to disable Wi-Fi several times before it connects again
    - AverMedia USV TV does not work at all.
    - Seems 1803 is changing BIOS, touchpad is not responsible as with 1709 and Battery draing is much higher.
Unisntall Drivers and reinstall does not helo, neither a in-Place upgrade.
I will NEVER again in my life try to repair what MS breaks.
I will NEVER loose my time with such things, just go back to previous Version 1709.

Reading stuff like this is what makes me really dislike the MS policy of feature updates so frequently. The updates in my eyes don’t seem to improve the experience much. They remove things and things can break. They are just moving way way too fast and not testing things properly. I don’t use Bluetooth on my desktop pc but it is a very widely used technology with regards audio and something like this and forcing users to roll back or kludge workarounds is just not acceptable.

    Here's my fix

    This fixed it for me:
audio - Disable Absolute Volume in Windows 10 bluetooth stack - Super User

Here's TLDR quotes from that thread:

    1. Open Windows Registry (regedit.exe).

    2. Jump to `Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Bluetooth\Audio\AVRCP\CT`

    3. Create `REG_DWORD` `DisableAbsoluteVolume` and set it's value to `1`.

**Important:** You need to restart your PC for changes to take affect.

Windows bluetooth dev here - if anyone can't control their BT speaker/headphones volume from the PC after the update, can you share a product link to what device you're using? We added "absolute volume" in the last update which lets the Windows volume slider directly control the local volume of BT speakers/headphones who support it.
