    Glitch in Audio

    Good Morning!
I was wondering if anyone could help me with this situation. I'm pretty confident that its' driver issue, but I would like someone to concur. In my first build, I was experiencing a Glitch noise when loading up Adobe Illustrator during the intialization process where the program is loading all of it's extensions and plugins. It was quick, like two seconds. I cannot duplicate it at will either. Usually, it's after a cold boot, or a reset. I can open and close the app as many times and haven't been able to reproduce it that way. Now... flash forward 3 months and I built a new machine with all the specs in my bio. The ONLY thing that I pulled over from that machine that did the same thing was the graphics card which is a Asus NVidia 1080 8GB card. I don't think the card is faulty, at least I don't think this problem points to a faulty card. I have a three monitor setup as well, so the only things plugged into the card is a DVI and two HDMI cables for the other two monitors. I since disabled the Nvidia High Definiation Audio Driver. I haven't experienced it yet, but really haven't been able to test it throughly. Are there any other suggestions as to what this could be?

I'm a little confused with your post. Is the problem still there or is gone with the new machine with NVIDIA High Definition Audio disabled?

I think it's gone, just not positive since I disabled that. Like I said, I can't reproduce the issue at will to verify. I was just hoping for any other suggestions as to what I could track down as the culprit if any, or put my mind at ease that it's not the video card.
