I've just re-read your first post and spotted that you said...
...and that is almost certainly the reason you don't see any of the built-in Apps. That is the built-in Administrator account which should by default be disabled. It can be enabled, but it cannot run the Desktop Apps such as Store. It is not intended to be used as a 'daily' account. Normal practice it to use a normal account, either an administrator (but not the Administrator) or a standard user. There should always be at least one account that is an administrator for maintenance purposes, then there is no need to enable the Administrator.pawz10 said:
Are there any other user accounts? If so, sign in to one of them and see it that has all the Apps. If not, create a new local account as a test and try that.
