The original Classic Start menu is working fine for me with the new update.
Classic Start 4.3.1 working for me and all it did was reconfigure itself after rebooting like with any major update.

Only problem ; it takes a 5/6 seconds before it starts ( replaces the tile-shit ).........
    Any solution ......??

Without Classic Shell , I would still be on Windows 7.
Without Classic Shell I'd still be using Windows NT. :)
BTW, there are some helpful workarounds that still function on all Windows versions. I have taskbar menus.Classic Shell no longer in development, and now open source-taskbar.menus.jpg

(Yes, that's not a complete substitute for Classic Shell, and I will continue to use the latter for as long as it remains available.)

    Is "taskbar menus" a product(program) ?
Or do you have a link to a 'how to' ?

    I think he means toolbars.

    Here's a screenshot from W7:

If you're using "hover", adjust this setting. I believe the default is just under a second.

I think he means when you first log on it takes a few seconds before you can use it. Not much you can do about that except get a faster disk.

I read that as 5/6ths of a second! Oh, well!!

Here's a couple of settings that may have a bearing. Especially on slower boxes.
