    Only pinned folders in the left pane open on hover. Folder contents are displayed in right pane but must then be clicked.

    I agree I don't trust the Chinese with that much of a connection to my computers. Its looking more and more like I'll be learning how to work with what windows 10 is giving us.
    I will still keep hoping that someone picks up CS and updates it to continue working with Windows 10, as mention earlier it would be perfect if MS would just incorporate it as an option. I don't expect that will happen.

    Thanks for that. So, once clicking to open Start Menu 8, I couldn't open subsequent folders like this by hovering and not have to click again until I do it on the program I want to open?

    You know you can get hover activated folders via add toolbar to taskbar?

    Does anyone know if Start10 works with RS5. I am now using that and I just can't use the W10 start menu. I like things pinned in list mode on the left and the W10 start menu does not let you do that.

    Personally I've always liked this;

    Quick Cliq - portable application launcher and clipboard manager

    Once set up it's great but it takes some effort. Program Files (open on hover) is around 2 minutes in.
