The one above is the closest I have found to CS , but not sure if it will work with RS5. There is a Video with it.
What would put me off that is it's by IObit.

They don't have a good rep. Malwarebytes publicly accused them of stealing their definitions database.

FYI: I use an old version which is free and without limitations. 3.1.0.3

    Download Start Menu 8 3.1.0.3 for windows - Filepuma.com

User is required to disconnect from internet when installing and remove the updater functionality (IOBit LiveUpdate executable and scheduled task) to prevent it from updating to the latest version.

You can watch the first 40 seconds of this video to get an idea of how it looks.

EDIT: If user requires the standard Windows 10 start menu for some reason it is possible to exit the program via right click on it's icon.

I do use the free version of their uninstaller program on a couple of my computers and it seems to work OK.

I use Start10 cuz it matches Windows Blinds Themes, apart from that,
I'm content with the Windows 10 default menu, when it's not loading bloat!!!
(A few good spankings took care of that!)

No fly-out for All Programs that I can find or configure. Just a Main Menu tree.

I find those start menu replacements that constrain the menu tree to a fixed size space are significantly restrictive... which is most of them, unfortunately. Hence my interest in Start Menu X.. are there any others like that?

Do subfolders in Start Menu 8 open by just hovering as they do in the Classic Shell Menu, or do you have to click your way through everything as in the clunky Windows 10 Start Menu?
