Could you explain what you are trying to do or what guide you are trying to follow?

    Windows Search is useless.
Just go to your installed applications and there you will find the Toshiba applications.
Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Scroll down to Toshiba.

I don't think that's what @electron100 is looking for. Their previous post on 12th November asked about the touchpad on their Toshiba laptop. I think they may be trying to find the Toshiba driver they were told to download.

If so, open File Explorer and look at 'This PC'. It's probably in the Downloads folder.

I am trying to find "Tbswireless.exe"
    in this article.

Wi-Fi can also be toggled manually if you continue to have trouble. Type "TBSwireless.exe" into the Start Menu's search field and press ENTER.

Your My Computer doesn't give enough information about your Toshiba. Depending upon the manufacturing plant they contracted with yours may have a physical switch somewhere on the case, an Fn plus an Fx key to toggle it On|Off or maybe just one of the Fn keys will work. [My wife's Toshiba uses the F12 key by itself.] Should be able to locate the manual for yours via a Search on the Internet for Toshia/Model Name/Model Number.

If you have the OEM Toshiba utilities still installed on your PC you will find TBSwireless.exe in C:\Program Files\TOSHIBA\TBS.

We could help you more if you told us the exact model of your Toshiba in your Computer specs here.

laptops now days have a dedicated Fkey or FN key to turn wifi on/off. Some still have a wifi button of there own. Just look at the keyboard for a wifi symbol and push it when you find it.

The WiFi key on my Toshiba is F12 assuming the Toshiba utilities are installed and used.
Toshiba make, or rather used to make, a large range of Laptops, models varied with countries.

I assume the wireless driver has been installed as in previous posts.

Read your PDF manual it will tell you what keys are used, seems to be F8 on that model.

On that model it appears to be part of the Toshiba value added package that is needed.

This may or may not work in Windows 10. However that does not matter, it's just a key, what matters is whether the Wireless Driver works.
