How do you get Cortana to talk?
I can't seem to get it to talk. It only answers my questions through text or does a Bing search.

Do a search for Cortana settings.

Make sure Cortana is enabled by clicking on Cortana and going to Notebook (2nd icon from the top), select settings. Then say something into your mic like "Hey Cortana, sing me a song". Or you can bypass the "Hey Cortana" bit by clicking the mic icon on the search bar.
