    Windows "optimisers"

    Are any of them any good? Ashampoo WinOptimizer for instance?

    Ashampoo WinOptimizer has got nice reviews/features, I have not tried it, since it is paid.

    Free: Wise Care 365 / Glary Utilities / Auslogics BoostSpeed

    Paid: Kerish Doctor / System Mechanic

    Drivers: Driver Easy / Wise Driver Care

    Internet: TCP Optimizer
