Spinning blue dots persists in Store

First at all, sorry if I made the thread on the wrong section.

A week ago, I built a new PC with Windows 10 Pro build 1709 (64-bit) installed. Everything works fine...except one annoying thing, and that thing is the spinning blue dots on the Store app.

For some reason, after I enter the Downloads and updates menu in Store app, the spinning blue dots won't go away and it even affects other menus until I restart the Store app. While it doesn't affect the Store app in terms of functionality, this bug can be very, very annoying.

About the graphics driver my PC currently have, it has the Nvidia 387.92 graphics driver installed.

worth trying a windows store reset. Click start and type wsreset and click the icon that comes up. I will open the store so should be able to telll if resolved :)

It's no good. I had tried wsreset, reinstall Store app via Powershell, run the troubleshooter for Windows App from Microsoft, but the bug still appears every time I enter the Downloads and updates menu.

What could this be...?

I have updated the graphics driver to 388.00, but the graphics bug with Store app still persists.
