What happened to snippet and winzip

Haven't read every post, but if the OP is typing snippet, should be snipping. Or maybe it needs to be enabled.

It was pointed towards the OP that they believe that they are not being helped and being told to just go off and download some random piece of software.

The OP had the correct answer in how to solve the Snipping Tool issue and was suggested to use 7-zip vs. Winzip.

At this point the thread needs to be shut down, because it is going nowhere, since the OP is refusing every bit of help that they have been given.

Same here on my wife's Desktop that is running Windows 10 Pro. Even home has the tool and it is as Microsoft calls it, a Tablet Tool. I think that we have exhausted all means and need to vote to get this locked at this point.

Who knows at this point. The whole thing degraded from the beginning to the OP refusing helpin how to fixtheir problem.
