How to resize and save in 3D Paint

I'm trying my best to resize (no problem here) and save the resized (enlarged) picture but cannot. The Save As does zero when I click on that and when I click Save, I get the thrilling, heartburn causing message "something went wrong."

Probably the question is too general but do allow me to ask it anyway. How does one resize (enlarge) a picture and then save it as that new size?

I think I might have made a mistake and did something right here. I found the "capture" and saved it. Apparently this is the way one does it. If someone does have something to add though, please do so.
I should have added this question though ... I have the picture up here and saved it but how does one close that particular picture without totally exiting the program altogether? I've been stumbling around trying how to find this out and up to this point, I've failed. And yes, is there another way to exit 3D Paint apart from hitting the X? Please advise. Thanks.
