How to make Store tile live again in Start menu

    Yeah I agree. Best to leave it. Will prob just work randomly at some stage. The apps, start menu, Cortana are so glitchy and prone to doing unusual things. It’ll take many many years for MS to get it totally right and then just when they do, they’ll go and change everything and the bugs will start again !

    Thank you guys. I will try what you say, leave it to this condition and see if it eventually would change it to normal behavior. This is ridiculous situation which is probably related with some bad programing in appmanifest and appmanifestbundle files, with some wrong links for downloading tiles to be changed in Start Menu. It probably did not update itself correctly using mixture of old version files with new ones. This is something which could be fixed only by Microsoft programmers.

    I noticed my store live tile went dead again earlier this evening so it’s very unpredictable. MS makes a bit of a mess of things with these modern apps, I’ve got two ‘my office’ app entries in my start menu apps list and a dead store tile - bit of a bug fest. Hopefully one day they’ll get it right
