Program that worked in Windows 8.1 Pro will not work in 10?

    I just downloaded Money Plus from Download Money Plus Sunset Deluxe from Official Microsoft Download Center and it installed on Win10 Home but will not run because it needs Internet Explorer 6 to add components. It may be because of Edge being the default browser.
