No context menu in OneDrive directory

From a while back I noticed that there is no context menu for OneDrive when clicking files or folders in the OneDrive directory. Today I updated to the Fall Creators Update and the new OneDrive and there's still no context menu so I can't properly use the new on-demand feature.

What do I need to do to get the context menu working? I can't find much information on this... Resetting OneDrive doesn't solve the issue.

Hello SwiftR, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

Check the yellow tip box in the tutorial below to see if it may help you get the OneDrive Files On-demand feature available in Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.

    Thank you!

Unfortunately the issue is not with the new OneDrive only... I've followed the instructions on the yellow tip box but the context menu never appears. Here's an example of my context menu:

Just to verify, did you download and run the OneDriveSetup.exe file from the tip box?

Ok. Do you have the OneDrive icon showing in your taskbar notification area to indicate that OneDrive is running?

I've read at another site that someone fixed this by emptying their OneDrive recycle bin online. I'm not sure it'll help, but it won't hurt to try.

That did not work. I have emptied the recycle bin online and restarted the computer to make sure OneDrive fetches new information.

Yes, OneDrive is showing in the notification area:

In that case, I'm not sure what else to recommend other than a repair install to hopefully fix this for you.

I had UAC disabled from a command:
    Code:
    C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /k %windir%\System32\reg.exe ADD HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v EnableLUA /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
That's what was causing the problem. Switching EnableLUA back to 1 and then disabling UAC from the UI works perfectly after a reboot.
