Do you have backups of all personal data on that disk? If not, try not to panic, and rescue what you can to an external disk.

It's not worth trying if your disk is failing...

If you have access to another PC you can extract Macrorit and put it on a USB disk and run that.
You get a pretty picture with green and red squares- the red ones indicate faulty areas.
