Windows Media Player: How to play list of downloaded MP3s

I just bought a download CD from Amazon. (Apparently you can't get a physical CD.) Songs and album info are all there but I can't think of a way to get WMP to see the files as a CD so I can play the album by clicking on it. OK, I could burn a CD but I'd prefer to put such albums on a USB stick. If I create a playlist in WMP will the album art be included?

There won't be a CD unless you make one.
Are the files in a folder?
Right click the folder and choose Play with WMP or Add to WMP Playlists.

The best solution would be to cut and paste the folder that has the Amazon downloaded music and paste it into your user accounts Music folder and then open Windows Media Player and it should add it to WMP after a few minutes.

I tried the right click option and . . . it worked! I also made a CD of the contents with WMP, which worked very well. Thanks for the help.
