Please Help Me: HD Tune Alternative?

Ok hold on.

I just finished doing the benchmark scan.

I've been looking at Task Manager over the past few days and the HDD column has definitely been reaching 99% so does this mean the problem is fixed?

I just used the inbuilt Windows 10 Disk Defragmenter and it analyzed my HDD and it says that it's 1% fragmented.

If I do a defrag now, am I at risk of returning the HDD to only being able to reach 50% again?
