I had an interesting day with Shellexperience.exe failures EventViewer

Yesterday I decided to "uninstall" all those Apps that failed after that KB update.
The result was that I was left with a ShellExperience.exe failures in eventviewer on bootup etc.

At this stage I was looking for a selution in eventviewer regarding the Dell XPS 2720 onboard Graphics driver.
    >...igfxCUIService2.0.0.0 cannot be found.

Something send me to Device Manager, I opened the driver properties try to update it, but the result was tthe best update already installed. This is Intel related I think.

So instead, I look at the current GeForce Graphics card update.
    Old=NVIDIA......2016-08-01....Ver=21.21.13.6909.....Hardware compatible Microsoft.

This one however there was a new upgrade available, I took the chance....

    New=NVIDIA.....2016-10-21.....21.21.13.7563........Also Hardware compatible Microsoft.

I cleared Eventviewer, reboot 3x times and everything went smooth.

What I saw then from Event Viewer surprised me:
    1-The Shellexperience.exe problem is gone.
2-No Apps report failures regarding boot.
    3-Search started no problems.
4-A furher surpise was that from the Security log, the Audit Success had ZERO failures like before this update.
I always wondered where these came from.
5-The Application log has no red flags after boot now.
    The Security Log is good.

I feel happy about this update from Device Manager.

So now I guess I am chasing this one:
The System Log has one red flag=Service Control Manager.....The CIdfIt service failed to start=The request is not supported,,,,,,

    Next problem-igfxCUIService2.0.0.0

Now I am seeking a selution for this notification in Eventviewer Application log.
    >...igfxCUIService2.0.0.0 cannot be found.

It looks like an Intel thing.

My PC has an Intel HD Graphics Control panel, which seems to have control over or input to the Nvidia GeForce 750M card on this computer. From Nvidia itself there is very few settings to change, unlike on previous XP PC I had.

    DELL XPS 2720:
    Intel HD Graphics Control Panel:
    1-Display
    2-3D
    3-Options and Support
    4-Video
    5-Profiles

    Nvidia GeForce 750M Control Panel:
    1-3D Settings
a)-Adjust image settings with preview=.....Let 3D application decide.....
    b)-Manage 3D settings=.........
c)set Physx configuration=......set at XPS2720-to-Intel HD Graphics 4600, not set to GeForce GT 750M

    ......................................................Looking for selution...........
.................................................Found driver on Intel website Support...............

    A- WIN 10 64Bit
    Current Ver=2016-12-16................20.19.15.4568

    New Ver=2017-06-23..................15.40.36.4703
    >Address Technical Advisory TA-004..........To read up on this.....

    B- To identify properly.................
    >Processor Identification Utility
    >Intel Driver Update Utility

C-I am not 100% sure what I am dealing with here regarding the Error, the Intel HD Graphics Controlpanel,
and/or ...which processor, and why there is such a processor/control panel involved having a Nvidia GeForce
750M card fitted........I am confused about this scenario............

    Device Manager: Display Adapters
    ............Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600.........................
    ............NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M.........................

    .....................To Obtaining more certainty................

    ............................Any advice welcome.............

    Next problem-igfxCUIService2.0.0.0-......Dead end reached

igfxCUIService2.0.0.0=I reached a dead end on this minor issue..............

Although I saw an update from Intel, trying to install it, it says not applicable to this computer.

Intel Update Tool says my computer is fully up to date.

However I did noticed from Device Manager, that this Dell XPS 2720, the Intel Graphics Driver 4600 is running on Windows 8 compatibility mode. From this I assume Intel has to come up with a driver(s) for this Dell hardware. I contacted DELL, but they are clueless about the issue, and after 2 attemps from my side could not assist in any way.
