Polarr photo app

Hi, I bought the " Photo editor pro " from the windows store then tried to open it and it just stayed in the apps setup mode, ( black screen, circle spinning ). So I went online and found Microsoft site that says to download free version first. So I did with same results, ( black screen, spinning circle ).

Any ideas and or help would be very much appreciated.

I am on a dell 13 5000 2 in 1 and polarr works great on mine....Its an awesome editing program. I Will try it on a couple of other devices I own and see what I come up with.
