The Cortana process you are seeing is for SearchUI,exe. To verify, right click on Cortana in Task Manager, and click on Go to details.

    You have Cortana disabled.
    Excuse me, Brink.
What do I need to do with SearchUI,exe if I want to disable Cortana ?
    Click End Task ?

    Hey David,

You don't need to do anything since SearchUI.exe just has the "Cortana" process name since it's used by Cortana, but is not Cortana the personal assistant.
