Thanks for the heads up TC I hadn't noticed that there was a new version out.
I've used Notepad++ for years now and find it far superior to Windows Notepad
Its also one of the better editors for working on source code.

notepad++ is much cooler than default notepad included in every windows version since windows 95
my 1st windows was windows 3.1 but i never used notepad in it so i dont know if it included notepad or not
I noticed after the Creators update that the left and top margins in Notepad are now set to zero, as seen in the attached screenshot. There is no margin at all between the edge of the Notepad window and the text. It's not a death blow to my work...
