is there an Automatically Getting App Update On Windows Store With Application Name -Store Experience Host- On Windows Store? What this is ?

Previously this app appears With the description .Name not available.
after I update this application the application name changed to -store experience Host-
I am quite stressed by trying to remove this application. because I can not review and see the description of this application
do you guys get this app on windows store, or is it a virus and such

It is NOT a virus. It is part of the Store App. I have it on my machine as well. You would do best not to try and remove it.
