Hey Wen ... I would do just what the BBB suggested. Take your case to the state attorney general's office. Really.
For the rest of us:
1. Never buy from a company you've never heard of.
2. Never use Pay Pal.

I will do just that. Perhaps just "little ole' me" can somehow make the Florida Attorney General AWARE of all these Chinese Fraud Scams ??
As far as PayPal, it's a BIG Corporation with Million Dollar Lawyers. The only "solution" is to stop using them as you suggested.
PayPal takes WEEKS to process "REFUNDS". if at all you will get one ????
I just can't believe just how easy it is to have a 10' x 10' "suite" in some "Office Park" here in USA, be called an "American Company" but Headquartered in China ????

You have that in writing where? If you're going to make a blanket statement of laundering, you need to provide proof positive this is true. Fear mongering helps no one.
BTW I've been with PayPal since 2003 and never had an issue... even in resolving conflicts and getting refunds.
@wen, sorry to hear about your issue with PayPal and 4Team Corps, but this is hardly to place to hash out any personal issues. And honestly they're not going to come in here and present their side of the story. Thus all we have is a one sided view.
Again... proof?
You may not like the company, but blanket falsities are just that... falsities unless you can prove them.
Anyway I'm not going to argue this for 10 pages. We'll just agree to disagree agreeably and move on.
