New skype - Can't find the app nor make shortcut yet i can run it.

Topic, okey so this is weird as hell.
I can search for skype in my start bar and i'll find this ->

However i can't click on it at all, both right click and left click.
So i went to Skype's homepage and you'll find this ->

Download Skype for Desktop Computer | Skype

At this point, Chrome asks me to open skype and i'll press yes and it open the new skype for me and i got to log on.
At this point i managed to use my third party application "everything" to find the Skype.ink which i then could add to the windowsbar, but i have no idea how to get the shortcut to the desktop nor can i find the application folder (or well i could find some folder with some skypeapp.exe however i couldn't touch it at all due to restrictions and smartscan warned about it as well before it denied me)

Do anyone have an response to this?
Is it supposed to be a replacement for the old Skype application as skype's homepage calls it "classic version of Skype "

    Thanks in advance

Hi there and welcome to the forum.

Perhaps some part of it got removed for some reason. You could try uninstalling it and download it from the Store again.

    Tried already.
Removed it via powershell then re-installed it.. yet still the same problem.
