You can not, it is Windows Help. Besides it is an integrated app like Cortana or Edge.

Ok, makes sense, thank you very much. It sucks that Microsoft is making more and more apps unkillable and unremovable.

Come on - Get Help is a basic facility of any OS. I strongly recommend you do not remove it. Besides, one day you might need help.

You're right, maybe this is the only app to not remove but still an option should be available for those who are computer experts and don't want it.

For the record, this "Get Help" opens a page that shows end users links to Premier Support, Developers, Partners, IT Professionals, Volume Licensing" This is absolutely not help for the average user and needs to be removed from any end user environment. Will post once I figure out how to remove it.

I'd be interested if you figure this out. Before creators update it was called 'contact support' and now it is called 'get help'. It has never worked on my machine. It just briefly flashes open and then crashes/disappears. It is a non critical app but unlike all other apps it does not appear in the apps / programs list within settings, so one cannot even select advanced and reset the app (which 99% of the time will bring a glitchy app back to life). I've tweeted Microsoft help and posted on their useless answers forum before and never been acknowledged

EDIT and then out of nowhere this evening it works fine! creators update was installed yesterday morning after finally being pushed by windows update but in the aftermath 'get help' definitely wasn't working. Would still be interested to find out if it can be uninstalled though
