I loaded Lotus SmartSuite Release 9.8.1 onto my system with Windows 10, 64-bit operating system. How do I prevent the automatic launching of the SmartSuite tool bar, which appears at the top of the screen?
Open Task Manager / click on the Startup tab, right click on Lotus SmartCenter and disable.
I found "Task Manager" under the "Windows System" tab, but when I clicked on this Task Manager I found nothing to help me, specifically no startup tab. Can you tell me how to find the "Task Manager" you recommended?

Thank you very much! It appears now that my problem has been solved.
To get rid of the annoying SmartCenter Tool bar that pops up at startup after you install 9.8.2 from the CD go to C:\Lotus\Smartctr\ directory and find the file Smartctr.exe and delete that file and restart your computer. It will go away after that and Lotus and all of the other components will work perfectly.
