When you check with the WIN+R, WINVER, does it in fact say 15063?

You're on 15063. You tried to rollback with RESET twice, and it failed. But you're on 15063. The only conclusion I can come to with that info is the Insider you were on was the Release Preview Ring. Does that sound right? Ring a bell?

This screen....Update & Security>Windows Insider Program. What does yours look like? I'm on a regular, but I'd like to see yours.

This is what you want to do. Not RESET.

Onedrive has ceased allowing me to open any files stored in it-insider.jpg

If it does not work correctly, the attempt at RESET corrupted some links. If you were willing to try that RESET, you already know it would have made you reinstall your apps. If the "Stop Insider Builds" does not work, make a good copy of all your personal files, the ones in your USER folder. All the OneDrive files are safe because you said you could get to them online.

That being said, if the Stop Insider Builds won't work, you need to do a clean install, re-sync your OneDrive from the cloud (it's all still there), re-install your apps (MS apps will install themselves).

All the steps for a clean install are here:

@Groggubus, It's getting late here, 10PM. Lunch time for you, +14hours. I'll be happy to pick up tomorrow, but my eyelids are drooping right now. Read over my last post. Try the Stop Insiders. Look at the Clean Install tutorial. This is fixable, just too tired right now to keep going. I'll check in the morning, let me know, please.

    Thanks, TC
