Apps will not save files inside User folder.
Hi!
Any applications which give me a save dialog box don't allow me to save inside my user folder, for example saving an .ai file in Adobe Illustrator or an OBJ file from Cinema 4D. This started after updating to build 10240. When saving, I receive the error
the "would you like to save in the documents folder" section changes based on the program, for example paint asks me if I'd like to save in pictures instead. However, the base folder Spencer\Documents\ doesn't allow me to save either and gives me the same error. I can only save in C:\Users\Spencer, folders before that (for example C:\) and other folders such as the AppData, but none of my libraries.Code:C:\Users\Spencer\Documents\Adobe\ai\test.ai You don't have permission to save in this location. Contact the administrator to obtain permission. Would you like to save in the Documents folder instead?
Additionally, I can move the files from my user folder to the correct folder using Windows Explorer, but that's about it.
Has anyone else been receiving this issue, or is anyone aware of a way I can fix this issue? I've already tried restarting my computer a couple times but I'm not sure what else I could do.
Thanks!
EDIT: I forgot to add that I am on the ONLY account on the system, which is an Administrator account.
