The HD tests that you ran are excellent for testing SMART. However drives can fail with an unremarkable SMART test. To be comprehensive you also should run short and long generic tests. Another post now has a fail on just the generic long test. To perform these tests you can download and install sea tools for windows: SeaTools | Seagate

You can use either to test your HD.

Ok, so at some length that's followed up the simple part of the event log record. I suspect that is misleading. The rest says:
Code Integrity determined that the page hashes of an image file are not valid. The file could be improperly signed without page hashes or corrupt due to unauthorized modification. The invalid hashes could indicate a potential disk device error. File Name: \Device\HarddiskVolume2\Windows\System32\Windows.UI.dll
    Searching for
The file could be improperly signed without page hashes or corrupt due to unauthorized modification
gives a lot of results historically, nothing to do with disk problems.

    security audit failures
    is interesting

6281(F) Code Integrity determined that the page hashes of an image file are not valid. (Windows 10) | Microsoft Docs
    Explanation

    This mentions you:
Security Audit failures on Windows 10 Creators Update
You have posted about this in many places- is yours an Insider's build? I think you'll need to wait for MS to resolve it, and as it's not causing a functional problem, ignore it.

Out of curiosity if I were to re register the Windows 10 store via power shell. Could that fix it?

I have no idea what the metadata you mention in your first post refers to. Metadata is additional information added to a media file (date picture taken, author, type of music, graphic etc).

As to the store, for what it may be worth- from the Tutorial section:
Clear and Reset Store Cache in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

I'm not sure how that relates to nay problem you've mentioned.

The metadata refers to everytime I access Hulu or Netflix I get the the audit failure which talks about how the metadata may be corrupt or something, I was wondering if re registering the store may fix the issue of the audit failure.

Netflix is a service you access via a browser as far as my experience of a trial of it was concerned. What suggests any connection to the Store?
