    As I have repeatedly said many times. These audit failures are a direct result from the creators update. I didn't get these until creators update was installed on my system.

    Thing is that this happened immediately after creators update was installed back on 4/11

    I can tell you're frustrated. Anyone would be.

    After what you said and reading here: Audit System Integrity (Windows 10) | Microsoft Docs it's obvious the system has errors upon upgrading.

    If DISM and SFC didn't work, then a system repair or a fresh install may have to be performed.

    I have honestly reached the point on not caring as much anymore, I just use the browser Netflix and Hulu. Most of the time I watch them on my Roku. It's just disappointing that I have to deal with this.

    Honestly I would rather buy an SSD and clean install Windows 10, when I can afford to get one. My machine is fine otherwise, Only reason why I used the windows store app was that it was native 1080p

    Ok then. That makes sense. Nothing helps a machine more with speed than a clean install on an SSD.

    You may want to mark this solved as we know your system most likely did not upgrade properly and fixes would not work.
