I used to suggest Crystal Diskinfo, but HD Sentinel gives better reports. You could try HD Tune.

RedBatman did you say you ran SFC /scannow?

Recently have you had any malware or other strange issue on your device.

I found this. Slightly different error number but matching description.

While this is the nuclear option, if you you don't have lots of programs to install it may be worth while doing a clean install. If that is to drastic maybe an in place repair / upgrade.Tutorials for both.

As I said before I didn't get these audit failures till I installed creators update. Once I installed creators update and watched Hulu/Netflix, these began to happen. If anything it's cause of Microsoft why I have these.

AnywayI won't be able to do anything till tonight cause I'm at work right now.

First thing is the disk check. That's easy and logical.

Granted your comment about the Creator's Update, but conceptually that could have moved things around so you're using a bad disk area or sthg got corrupted that way.

I'm guessing it's unlikely, and it's sthg else entirely, but a disk check is a trivial thing to do.

Did you use Hulu/Netflix in the same way when the AU was installed?

Yes I did, in fact right before I installed creators update I was watching Netflix just fine with no audit failures.

Funny enough I can still watch Netflix and Hulu, it just I get an error on Netflix though second try usually works.

    This looks odd.

Chkdsk seems to have passed ok.

Seems you have posted this question in multiple places, and is unlikely to be a problem particular to your PC.
Are you just seeing this in the Event Log, and it has no functional significance?

If it is Microsoft's responsibility, you'll presumably need to wait for them to fix it.
