    One is a Windows Store UWP app (Calendar) the other is the Calendar component from the MS Office Outlook application. Similar and probably related (under the hood) but completely different items. They do look somewhat alike, for sure.

I have Windows 10 pro and use Chrome. I therefore can use the Google calendar. I also have a Galaxy S5 with its own calendar. It is nice because it has finger hovering to read small print. I also have live.com email so have an Outlook calendar....
I am confused. When I set up my four Win 10 computers, I selected local control on all of them and logging in to the Microsoft Account wasn't necessary. After a lot of playing around, I finally got all of them networked together, a real victory. ...
