Some software comes with add-ons- which you might have installed inadvertently.

    Found it.
All the time I was searching in Edge, just now I saw at the bottom of the Google Chrome add-on list
Partone 0.1, while surfing the internet.
Have no idea what it is, but it was checked. I unchecked it, and my searches went back to Google normal.
I'll wait a little while before I remove it from the list completely. Just curious to see if it re-activates itself, because I certainly didn't check that box.
Never mind, it's solved, and thank you all for thinking along!

Default Homepage and Default Search Engine are two different things. To set your Search Engine preferences in Chrome, right click in the address bar and choose "Edit Search Engines" and choose Google as default. I couldn't tell from above whether you had done this or not.

You're right, sorry, the culprit wasn't in Settings and Partone was an extension. My Home Page config had nothing to do with it.
Btw, I tried to look it up; 'Partone 0.1', but got no results. Still not sure if it was really malware, but it was easy to remove. Problem solved.
