This app just updated and when I went to go into it after it loads and says 'something went wrong we're having trouble loading the info needed to send feedback, check your connection'. Is anyone else seeing the same? Our internet is fine, store app loads fine etc etc. I'm wondering if an MS server is down or if this is a borked update by MS

Resetting the Feedback Hub app worked for me. If you haven't already, you might see if it may for you as well. If not, then uninstalling and reinstalling the app should fix it.

I had the same problem on 4 of 4 computers that I updated after ~5/25/17 with latest Feedback Hub app, version 1.1704.1361.0 Resetting the Feedback Hub app as you describe in your link worked for me. :)Amazing how fragile the Feedback Hub and Windows Store in general are as this sort of malady has occurred a number of times over the years for me with Windows 10.
Agree on that. I've lost count of the times I've had to reset a native app. They break too easily especially on other user accounts. I don't think they've really nailed down the whole store and apps on PC yet
