Windows 10 store is grey and doesn't show images (Nothing works!)

I know that there have been some threads about this before, but nothing seems to work for me...
I've got a brand new asus UX360CA laptop and installed all the new updates from windows 10.

When I open the windows 10 store, it looks like this:

    https://ibb.co/krWhGQ

I saw that the problem is well known but most of the things don't work for me. If someone has a valuable tip or has experienced this before, I'd like to hear a solution, because this is pretty annoying...

    Thanks in advance!

Hi, I don't know what you've tried, so will not suggest things and then, as usually happens, find the response is 'tried that already'.

So, basics. System restore or an in-place upgrade repair, which keeps all your programs and data and most settings.

Note the reference to disk imaging in the above- the first thing to do when you have your PC running with Win 10 is to create your first disk image, and thereafter periodically update your image. That way you can restore to a (hopefully recent!) state when your PC was working without technical help.

Failing that, you say your PC is new- so you may have a manufacturer's restore partition you can use to reset it to 'as bought'.

On the first page there is a Restore Health command. Tried that, but it didn't work...
On page two, there's another command for cmd. Tried that too but I get this error message:

    CMD — imgbb.com

I'd rather don't restore to another point because I just want my laptop to stay up-to-date... It is new and windows store should work properly, right? Why should there be any need to restore it... So I hope there is another option to fix my problem.

I'm sorry, that second thing was a powershell command of course. But that doesn't work as well:

    powershell — imgbb.com

Ok, as it's new, basic question- what's the history?

Has the Store app ever worked?
Did it work before you updated?
What build of Windows did your PC come with? I'd guess the Anniversary build, and you've updated to the Creator's - a BIG upgrade?

So are you basically saying that having updated to the Creator's build, the Store no longer works?

Note: if so, you can roll back to the previous build within (I assume it's still) 10 days of the upgrade.

If that's your situation, here's a somewhat similar one, where the user successfully rolled back to build 1607 (14393):

I've updated my laptop to the creator's update, indeed. I don't know for sure, but I guess that the store has never worked.
I'd rather don't put my laptop back to an older version, you know.. I just think that it's weird that the windows store doesn't work on a brand new laptop with the latest updates...

Isn't there another easier solution? I just hope it gets fixed somehow because this is pretty annoying...

    Well, you're welcome try
Reinstall and Re-register Apps in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

    - from the extensive Tutorial section here, which you're free to search and browse.
(Search it for Store and make sure you follow any instructions at the top of the section).

(But probably mentioned in the link I posted previously).

    Thanks for helping me!

I tried the command for the store.. This was the result:

    powershell error — imgbb.com

What should I do now? I guess I have to enter a path but I don't know how and what to type there

Try Option 1, 3 in the tutorial.

Note that's from an admin power shell prompt.
