Returning to Outlook query

Hi. Up until August I used Outlook 16 for all my emails (POP3 to keep a local copy) then switched to eM Client (also POP3). I’ve now gone back to Outlook and want my outlook.pst updated with those new emails, folders etc I created in eM Client.

Ive exported to .eml folders and files from eM Client but I’m lacking the next step to convert and merge with my .pst file, and without duplication.

Advice always welcome.

Update: Almost sorted using an evaluation copy of Total Mail Converter by coolutils.com A longish and straight forward process and all but emails from eBay (from some reason) now reside with my single outlook.pst
