    TechUtilities - does it work?

Does anyone know if TechUtilities works, or is it a con?

Web searching does not give a clear answer.

    Cheers

If you scroll down and read all the comments on this page, it sure seems like a con to me!

TechUtilities - Software Informer. TechUtilities is a program that can remove problems related with Windows DLLs.

Hi Ralph; I downloaded this program with many reservations but was being driven crazy with pop up bottom corner of the screen. It found 2200 issues so thought I would take a chance on it. Worked perfectly for me. Got rid of the popup and computer speed is way up. Needless to say very pleased. Only down side is that I still get some shit and have to rerun the program everynow and then.

I don't know about this particular program but I will tell you this. I have kept the computers in our home running since Windows XP days (I'm now on Windows 10) and have never, ever paid for anything. There are plenty of legitimate free programs out there (Crap cleaner, Malwarebytes, etc.) that, combined with your built in firewall and AV that do a good job of keeping your computer clean and running. Also, forums like this one and others will assist if you're having trouble with your computer. My take on it: save your money for programs you have to pay for (like Photoshop) but if you want to keep your computer "clean" and running properly, find a good forum that can help, use legitimate free programs and you'll be fine.
