    Programs Lancher (8Start Launcher)

    Hello,
My desktop is crowded with many shortcuts of mostly all installed programs. I found this lancher so I can put all the shortcuts (sorted in groups accordingly), its called "8start Launcher", did not have to install it, just unzipped into a folder, grouped all the shortcuts and it looked nice.
Set it to awake when I press a hot-key or the mouse's middle button. The launcher closed and got this error "8start Launcher 3.0 caused error 'Component 'RICHTX32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid' (339) in module API procedure FastShow, line 485."
In the program's folder there is that 'RICHTX32.OCX' file.
Is there something to 'repair' ?
    Answers will be appreciated
    Thanks

I usually make a folder on my desktop called Programs and move all the icons in there. It's much tidier.

sTablauncher looks much tidier (free). Launch sthg with mouse movements and one click.
Supports drag 'n drop to add shortcuts, or drop a file onto a shortcut to launch a program.

Autohides off the screen with time delay etc. Only docks top or bottom.

Or just go for 'Hey Cortana, open Finereader' (!)
